By making you aware of this, we hope to avoid and ultimately stop victims from falling for this scam. Please do not provide any personal or financial information and do not send any money to anyone you suspect of recruitment fraud.

All emails from Lark representatives will end in @lark.com. If you are contacted by someone whom you suspect does not in fact represent Lark, please email: jobs@lark.com. Please forward the original email that you received that includes the original subject line and complete header information.

What is Recruitment Fraud?

Recruitment fraud is a sophisticated scam offering fake job opportunities to job seekers. This type of fraud is normally carried out through online services such as false job postings, websites, or through fake e-mails claiming to be from the company. The fraudsters often request recipients to provide personal information and financial information or to make payments as part of their fake recruiting process.

How to Identify Recruitment Fraud?

Some examples of conduct that Lark will never engage in include the following:

  • The email does not come from an official lark.com email address and instead uses extra letters such as “lark.com.co”, “larkhealths.com” or an address from a free email service such as: Gmail, Outlook.com, Live.com, Yahoo, AOL or a combination of these
  • You are asked to interview over an Instant Messenger type program
  • You are offered a check to process before being interviewed
