The Role
As the RFP Writer, you will be responsible for developing compelling, persuasive, and high-quality proposals to secure existing and new business opportunities. The ideal candidate will have Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) and/or Employer proposal writing experience. The RFP Writer reports to the Director of Strategy and collaborates closely with Sales, Business Development, and internal Subject Matter Experts (SMEs). 
 
What You’ll Do
  • Create standard proposal responses leveraging the content library
  • Partner with SMEs across Product, Finance, Security, Account Management, Customer Service, Clinical, and more to develop new responses 
  • Revise and refine responses to ensure they align with company messaging and are tailored for external audiences
  • Identify, create and incorporate new content into the library
  • Organize the library under appropriate categories, tags, etc to ensure easy access 
  • Serve as a communications resource for business leaders and support enterprise-wide selling initiatives
  • Ensure all proposals are compliant with client requirements and company standards
What You’ll Need
  • Minimum of 2 years of healthcare-specific proposal writing experience 
  • Expertise in Loopio, RFP 360, or similar RFP software tool
  • Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills; capable of articulating complex ideas clearly and succinctly
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Proposal writing experience with PBMs and employers
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Google Suite products
  • Passion for supporting patients through technology 
Working at Lark 
Lark offers the option to work remotely in the United States.  U.S. Hourly Range: $52,500 - $83,760. The salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on several factors, including location, and level, and will vary depending on confirmed job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation, such as participation in a bonus and a stock award program, as applicable.
