The Role
We are looking for a talented Senior Growth Engineer to join our expanding team. The ideal candidate should have a passion for enabling our business to accelerate and scale.  To be successful you will take practical, analytical, and measured approaches, while delivering in an incremental and quick manner.  In this role, you’ll need to be thinking about all parts of the funnel and how we can experiment, analyze, and optimize our way to success, all while working cross-functionally to achieve it.  
 
What You’ll Do
  • Be a subject matter expert of where growth technologies and marketing concepts intersect
  • Analyze, understand, and deliver on solutions that will optimize what we have today and help inform what we do tomorrow
  • Work in a cross-functional manner as apart of small, agile teams to iterate and deliver appropriate solutions
  • Think about and create reusable solutions for technical and non-technical alike

What You’ll Need

  • 5+ years of Experience with Node.js, Javascript, and ReactJS (Next.js and Typescript is a huge plus) and its related ecosystem
  • Expertise and understanding of tools that help with experimentation, personalization, attribution, and analytics
  • Expertise in integrating with third-party tools and applications like Optimizely, Google Analytics, tracking pixels, etc.
  • Experience with CMS's (headless and headed, alike) a plus
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • A love of startups and owning things from start to finish
Working at Lark
Lark offers the option to work remotely in the United States.  For Colorado Applicants only: minimum annual salary is $153,000 (minimum salary varies for other geographies). You may also be offered a bonus, stock options and/or benefits.  The company is headquartered in Mountain View, CA; as such, the Company’s core hours are 9:00 am to 6:00 pm Pacific Coast Time. Please be aware that employees must adhere to these hours, within reason, when working remotely or in the office.

We are using NLP to process millions of meals, and accelerometer data to compute activity and sleep amounts from users' phones.
