The Role
We are looking for a talented Senior Data Analyst to pull data, develop dashboards and conduct analyses to better understand our business. You'll work with the data and business teams to support external business reviews, as well as proactively and reactively provide insights on ad hoc requests.
What You’ll Do
- Support the Business Insights, Account Management and other partner-focused teams with reports, insights and dashboards to drive business reviews and ad hoc customer requests
- Become an expert on data at Lark and understand how it translates to business insights
- Play the role of data subject matter expert both for internal planning and external communications
- Proactively recommend new KPIs, reports, dashboards and visualizations to highlight how the business operates to stakeholders
What You’ll Need
- Expert in SQL and prior experience in Python
- Experience translating data into business insights using analytics and relevant statistical techniques
- Experience working across multiple projects with different stakeholders
- Great communication skills and experience working in a dynamic and changing product environment
- Initiative and ability to take ownership of open-ended questions
- Critical thinking and innovative approach to problem solving
- Experience with Spark or Databricks preferred but not required
- Experience with dashboard tools (such as Tableau or similar) preferred but not required
- Experience working closely with data engineering teams preferred but not required
- Digital health analytics experience preferred but not required
Working at Lark
Lark offers the option to work remotely in the United States. For Colorado Applicants only: minimum annual salary is $138,000 (minimum salary varies for other geographies). You may also be offered a bonus, stock options and/or benefits. The company is headquartered in Mountain View, CA.
