The Role
Lark Health is looking for a talented Program Manager, OKR's and Business Operations within the Business Operations team to drive our Objectives and Key Results (OKR) process, adoption and execution, along with other strategic Lark business projects.  This is a cross-functional role that will shape the future of our organization and have a direct line to the senior leadership team.  
 
What You'll Do
OKR Program Manager (approximately 60% time)
  • Be the Subject Matter Expert for all matters related to OKRs and lead the annual and quarterly strategic OKR efforts, spearhead the continued shift to an OKR mindset, and drive OKR adoption through change management
  • Be the ambassador of OKRs across Lark, seizing every opportunity to align Lark’s vision and mission to OKRs, and inspire success
  • Develop OKR engagement, accountability and alignment across all teams. Establish adoption targets and goals to meet those targets
  • Run regular reviews with key stakeholders, always ensuring that reviews are an efficient use of the stakeholder’s time
  • Employ your superb written presentation skills to communicate appropriately about OKR kick off, closure, outcomes, and lessons learned
  • Be brave and challenge managers to ensure that objectives are clear and outcomes are measurable
  • Work with the senior leadership team to write our objectives in a way that inspires employees and helps them see the big picture.
  • Make recommendations on user-friendly, efficient ways to assemble and structure OKRs in the tool
  • Develop and lead training and coaching programs on OKR principles, processes and tools for all employees
  • Collaborate with OKR software vendor contacts to ensure that Lark’s software implementation matches the needs of the business
  • Serve as the administrator of the tool
  • Continue to improve, right-size, and mature our OKR processes as the company’s needs evolve 
Business Operations Program Manager (approximately 40% time)
  • Facilitate the execution of cross-functional performance improvement initiatives, working with technical and business leaders to identify risks, set goals, track progress, and drive to resolutions
  • You will leverage your creativity, relationships, technical skills, and compassion to move us forward on key projects
  • Participate in decision-making discussions and advise business leaders, using data and learnings as the foundation
  • Support the Project Management team, monitoring project progress, following up with stakeholders on the completion or delay of project phases, scheduling meetings, and maintaining project documents and reports as needed
What You’ll Need
  • Must be a strong OKR subject matter expert, including implementing and driving organizational adoption.
  • Strong Project & Program Management exp.
  • Proven ability to partner effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, attention to detail, and presentation skills
  • PMP Certification, Lean Six Sigma, or Scrum Master Certification highly preferred 
  • Flexibility to change directions when needed; tenacity to keep going when other might want to stop 
  • Ability to effectively prioritize workload and thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment with minimal direction
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, attention to detail, and presentation skills
  • Intellectual curiosity and a passion for data & analytics
  • Compassionate, kind, and open-minded
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, startup environment
Working at Lark
 
Lark offers the option to work remotely in the United States.  For Colorado Applicants only: minimum annual salary is $98,000 (minimum salary varies for other geographies). You may also be offered a bonus, stock options and/or benefits.  The company is headquartered in Mountain View, CA.
