The Role
As Lark’s Marketing Analyst, you will be the analytical arm of our marketing activities. You will provide the data driven view-point to our marketing campaigns, own the measurement and data accuracy of our marketing data, and develop strategic analysis to improve our user enrollment, engagement and retention metrics.

What You’ll Do
- You will develop new approaches to grow our user enrollments
- You will build visualizations to evaluate the performance of our different marketing channels and make strategic decisions
- You will generate data driven insights for our marketing campaigns
- You will oversee and run different tests and experiments to efficiently scale our user base
What You’ll Need
- Experience with SQL or Python
- Excel/Google sheets expertise
- Confidence using a variety of techniques to connect and analyze large data sets
- Experience with marketing analytics tools such as Google analytics, Google tag manager, and Optimizely
- Experience building visualizations with visualization tools such as Tableau, Periscope, Looker or equivalent
- Experience with marketing measurement methodologies (marketing mix models and multi-touch attribution)
- Ability to articulate complex concepts to a non-technical audience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills required
- Previous experience in a growing startup is a plus
Working at Lark
Lark offers the option to work remotely in the United States. For Colorado Applicants only: minimum annual salary is $96,000 (minimum salary varies for other geographies). You may also be offered a bonus, stock options and/or benefits. The company is headquartered in Mountain View, CA.
