The Role
Lark is looking for a creative content strategist and copywriter to help the Consumer Marketing team develop engaging, informative, and action-focused campaigns to prospective and current Lark members. This role will elevate the Lark brand voice while incorporating co-branding partner guidelines to bring the value of Lark to life for the end user. The content will be leveraged through a variety of online and offline mediums to break down complex topics like chronic disease management and health care technology to a conversational consumer level. This role will collaborate with the Marketing, Design, Client Operations, Product teams, and more, to write for different audiences while primarily keeping the experience of the direct consumer in mind. 
 
What You’ll Do
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Analytics, Design, and Client Operations on creating engaging content for a variety of campaigns and mediums
  • Partner with Project Managers to manage multiple campaigns and deliver them on time
  • Contribute to the establishment of a branded copy guideline that will help define the Lark tone, voice, and best practices to be used across all channels
What You’ll Need
  • 2+ years of writing experience over a variety of platforms and outlets (healthcare experience a plus)
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills 
  • Process-driven organizational skills, and attention to detail and accuracy
  • Experience in working directly with clients and stakeholders on gathering requirements and consensus on direction
  • Experience writing compelling content for a variety of different audiences from B2B to D2C
  • Ability to craft conversion-centered copy for a number of channels including landing pages, blog posts, emails, digital ads, and direct mail 
  • Ability to manage multiple assignments at once and work within tight deadlines
Working at Lark 
Lark offers the option to work remotely in the United States.  For Colorado Applicants only: minimum annual salary is $72,000 (minimum salary varies for other geographies). You may also be offered a bonus, stock options and/or benefits.  The company is headquartered in Mountain View, CA.
