The Role
The Inside Sales Specialist will be responsible for new business opportunities, contacting and developing relationships with potential customers in targeted territories. You will work directly with the Sales Operations Director to define and drive the lead generation strategy. The goal is to drive the company's growth into new and existing markets.

What You’ll Do

  • Prospect new customers
  • Build the demand generation strategy that converts leads into contacts
  • Engage and secure meetings through outbound campaigns
  • Qualify and convert leads into sales opportunities
  • Own the sales campaign strategy and execution; CRM optimization
  • Follow up on warm leads through the data (open, click, shares, etc.)
  • Receive, vet and respond to all inbound leads
  • Drive all marketing efforts supporting industry events
  • Manage the nurture campaign strategy for targeted, non-responsive leads and lower tier opportunities
  • Support sales operations with a variety of projects and initiatives
  • Other responsibilities include data gathering, resource consolidation, process implementation and cross-functional communication

What You’ll Need

  • A track record of developing leads from outbound/inbound marketing campaigns – meeting or exceeding target/quota
  • Experience with lead development tools; Salesforce, SalesLoft, InMail, or similar programs
  • Excellent communicator and presenter
  • Opportunity-driven, self-starter 
  • Team player, bold and entrepreneurial 
  • Have a strong technology orientation
  • Understand what it takes to work in a startup / fast-growing company
Working at Lark
Lark offers the option to work remotely in the United States.  For Colorado Applicants only: minimum annual salary is $77,000 (minimum salary varies for other geographies). You may also be offered a bonus, stock options and/or benefits.  The company is headquartered in Mountain View, CA.
