The Role
Lark Health is looking for a talented Contract FP&A Lead to support the finance and accounting team. You will work with multiple executive stakeholders to define and deliver insightful metrics, analyses, forecasts, and operational finance support. The successful candidate will possess a self-starter attitude with keen strategic thinking plus analytical abilities with strong communication and project management skills; wants to work, support and thrive in a key position that has an excellent career path within an enterprise SaaS business.  This is expected to be an 18–24 month engagement.

What You’ll Do

  • Assist in the development and maintenance of a long-range strategic and financial plans used by the company to measure performance in key business areas
  • Analyze company performance against core OKRs and traditional SaaS metrics
  • Provide financial analysis, business modeling and decision support to senior executives and business leaders with recommendations to solve business issues and improve the strategic, operational, and financial model of the business
  • Prepare budgets, forecasts, internal management reporting (including weekly cash forecasts) and dashboards, and ad-hoc financial analysis
  • Support our Sales Operations team, generating bi-weekly sales and booking reports
  • Design and implement scalable FP&A and financial processes that support the needs of a rapidly growing business to build efficiencies
  • Reporting weekly, monthly, quarterly, annual P&Ls - Coordination, consolidation, reporting, and analysis of the total company P&L within Excel
  • Provide department-level budgets and reporting variance analysis to company leaders
  • Prepare monthly corporate close packages and quarterly board materials

What You’ll Need

  • Strong FP&A experience acting in a lead capacity
  • Previous experience working for a SaaS company
  • Preference given to Vena users
  • Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multi-task with limited supervision
  • A well-rounded top performer, combination of analytical and communication skills, execution-oriented and attention to timelines
  • Superior analytical and modeling skills
  • Ability to present complex financial analysis in a clear and compelling message
  • Energy and creativity are key characteristics that describe you and the projects you lead
  • You're an app fanatic, positively curious and a technology enthusiast
  • BS/BA in Business, Economics, Finance or Accounting preferred
  • 2+ years of FP&A experience, preferably with a SaaS start-up
Working at Lark 
Lark offers the option to work remotely in the United States.  For Colorado Applicants only: minimum annual salary is $XX,XXX (minimum salary varies for other geographies). You may also be offered a bonus, stock options and/or benefits. The company is headquartered in Mountain View, CA.
