The Role
As an experienced product marketer, you will shape Lark’s consumer experiences across all touchpoints - from initial awareness through enrollment, engagement, and retention. You’ll serve as the eyes, ears, and voice of the customer, ensuring that our customer experiences produce both delight and high ROI.  Lead development, testing, retention campaigns, consumer lifecycle, and refinement of marketing funnels for the business.
Reporting to the Vice President of Consumer Marketing, this is a highly cross-functional leadership role requiring close coordination with product management, operations, customer service, account management, and other departments.  
What You’ll Do
  • Lead creation and implementation of segmentation and personalization channel (email, SMS, direct mail, push) strategies in order to achieve business objectives
  • Drive significantly higher conversion, retention and engagement rates through the development of more effective lifecycle marketing strategies 
  • An expert in leveraging email, SMS, push, in-app messaging, direct mail, and telephonic outreach channels to engage consumers to drive enrollment/engagement
  • Oversee all conversion and engagement communications with consumers
  • Partner closely with product managers to drive the development of new features and functionality to further our ability to reach and engage consumers
  • Own the testing roadmap, design tests with high potential impact, and ensure they are rigorously executed, measured, optimized and their learnings are leveraged
  • Author and execute go-to-market strategies for new products and partnership programs
  • Leverage customer data to maximize engagement and meet goals 
  • Utilizes website analytics to optimize landing pages, site experiences, and website functionality to increase customer engagement
  • Strong cross-functional leader, who uses data to inform priorities and influence partners
  • Have experience presenting to leadership and partner-facing customers
  • Helps to have healthcare experience and understand the intricacies of healthcare compliance
What You’ll Need
  • You are experienced in understanding what is best for the consumer based on quantifiable data 
  • Understand how to drive business results through consumer lifecycle marketing strategies 
  • Experienced at delivering business and technological requirements to drive our goals and objectives
  • Strong analytical skills, comfortable reviewing and analyzing business performance metrics, channel metrics, and KPI’s with the ability to glean actionable insights based on data
  • Drive and develop the roadmap to align with enterprise goals and objectives 
  • Deftness at navigating an organization and forming strong partnerships with multiple cross-functional teams
  • Expert with marketing automation platforms and tools, Braze platform experience a plus
  • Deep understanding of consumer marketing, B2B and B2C 
  • Expertise in planning and leading a variety  of digital mediums - web experiences, mobile applications, understanding user behavior to engage the consumer and drive measurable results
  • Experience leveraging business and financial results to identify quantifiable opportunities and advocate for what’s best for the consumer
  • Success in bringing out the best in the team, and external partners as a mentor and managing a high-performing team
  • Experience in healthcare marketing, or marketing in another highly regulated industry
  • Passionate about digital health and telemedicine
  • Understand the complexities of working in a start-up environment 
  • 7-10 years of experience in channel marketing, lifecycle marketing, CRM, and/or customer experience management with high-engagement consumer products, especially mobile apps
Working at Lark 
Lark offers the option to work remotely in the United States.  For Colorado Applicants only: minimum annual salary is $174,000 (minimum salary varies for other geographies). You may also be offered a bonus, stock options and/or benefits. The company is headquartered in Mountain View, CA.
