The Role
We’re seeking a talented and passionate SEM Campaign Manager to help us optimize and scale our patient enrollment campaigns across Google and Bing search.  In this highly visible role, you’ll have direct responsibility for campaign management and implementation, be an important voice on acquisition strategy, and collaborate closely with marketing, data, creative, and product teams. You’ll help drive further growth and expand profitability through the management of our annual advertising budget.  
This is not a people management role.
 
What You Will Do
  • Manage search engine marketing campaigns from end-to-end, including strategy, targeting, set-up, testing, execution, reporting and optimization
  • Implement a process for routine keyword discovery and optimization
  • Closely collaborate with the in-house creative team on ad and landing page strategy
  • Communicate findings of current performance and provide testable hypotheses for future creative tests
  • Analyze campaign performance to provide actionable insights and recommendations to deliver continuous improvements to programs
  • Report campaign learnings and present the impact to the leadership team
  • Craft, present, and execute marketing plans for new product and partner launches
  • Improve efficiency and scalability by implementing thoughtful marketing automation tools and processes
  • Design and launch A/B tests

What You Will Need

  • Must have advanced, hands-on experience with major online marketing tools, such as Google AdWords, Bing Ads, and Google Analytics
  • Understanding of fundamental paid marketing KPI's and optimization methods to improve performance through data analysis and segmentation
  • Experience with A/B Testing, experiment development, and reporting presentation
  • Experience thriving in a high-growth environment with multi-million dollar marketing budgets
  • Solid project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Strong collaboration skills, with the proven ability to work well across functions and departments.  You are able to communicate objectives and requirements and provide pointed, constructive feedback to others
  • Good foundational data manipulation skills, SQL knowledge is a plus
  • Consumer healthcare experience is a plus
Working at Lark
Lark offers the option to work remotely in the United States.  For Colorado Applicants only: minimum annual salary is $91,000 (minimum salary varies for other geographies). You may also be offered a bonus, stock options and/or benefits.  The company is headquartered in Mountain View, CA.
