The Role
We’re seeking a talented and passionate Digital Campaign Manager to help us optimize and scale our patient enrollment campaigns across Facebook, Google and other online platforms.  In this highly visible role, you’ll help drive further growth and expand profitability through management of our 8-figure annual advertising budget.  You’ll have direct responsibility for campaign management and implementation, be an important voice on acquisition strategy, and collaborate closely with marketing, data, creative, and product teams.

What You Will Do

  • Manage digital marketing campaigns from end-to-end, including strategy, targeting, set-up, testing, execution, reporting and optimization 
  • Analyze campaign performance to provide actionable insights and recommendations to deliver continuous improvements to programs
  • Report campaign learnings and present the impact to the leadership team
  • Craft, present and execute marketing plans for new product and partner launches
  • Closely collaborate with in-house creative team on campaign objectives and performance to continuously develop high performing and on-brand messaging, ad assets and landing pages
  • Improve efficiency and scalability by implementing thoughtful marketing automation tools and processes
  • Monitor daily program automations and data processes; troubleshooting when necessary

What You Will Need

  • Experience thriving in a high-growth environment with multi-million dollar marketing budgets
  • Consumer health care experience a plus. 
  • Must have advanced, hands-on experience with major online marketing tools, such as Facebook Ads Manager, Google AdWords, email service providers, testing tools, and BI platforms
  • Good foundational data manipulation skills, including the ability to write SQL queries
  • Solid project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Understanding of fundamental paid marketing KPIs and optimization methods to improve performance through data analysis and segmentation
  • Strong collaboration skills, with the proven ability to work well across functions and departments.  You are able to crisply communicate objectives and requirements and provide pointed, constructive feedback to others.
  • Experience with A/B Testing, experiment development and reporting presentation

Working at Lark 

Lark offers the option to work remotely in the United States.  For Colorado Applicants only: minimum annual salary is $107,000 (minimum salary varies for other geographies). You may also be offered a bonus, stock options, and/or benefits.  The company is headquartered in Mountain View, CA.
